So the bank made an admitted error on my account, costing me $300 plus overdraft. I go in, speak to Catherine out Katerina or whoever and they "fix it." I find out later they only credited my overdraft and I'm still negative in my account. Now my family is stranded out of town and she calls me back after hours to leave me a voice mail to call her back. Well played.
