I had a flat tire on my Cannondale R600. I decided to buy new tubes and tires for my bike. I usually go to Outspoken Bikes or Chain Wheel Drive, although I chose this store because it is closer to my house.
It's Sunday, I planned to take my bike out and enjoy the day and my bike has a flat tire again!!! I will never go to this shop again! I've already been there 4 times for them to fix this right and now I have to go to another shop. Also, has been a month of changed plans because my bike was down. They even charged me for the right strip that goes around my rims after they put the wrong ones on 3 times!!! Very unprofessional! Never again...
Sadly mistaken, I had to take my bike back 4 times for a tire change. They put the wrong strips around my rims 3 times before they got it right!! Carlos said I would get 2000 miles out of my new tires and I never made it more than two blocks before they blew.
The only reason why I awarded this establishment five stars was because there wasn’t a spot for a sixth star. I called this shop from New Jersey in desperation. I was in the middle of purchasing some new bike bags. Garneau products are always my first choice however the company makes it nearly impossible to purchase them here in the US. Garnuea international refuses to ship their products to the US. Additionally, most of the shops in Canada who sell their goods do not want to ship to the states either. What made matters worse was, as I was purchasing the bags, (I wanted a front handlebar bag and a rear trunk bag), the Garneau organization discontinued the trunk bag, lol!! So I frantically started contacting every US and Canada distributor only to find that most clearanced the bag out at such a low price they were gone. The few stores I did find who still had the bag left would not make an exception to ship the bag.
This speaks volumes about their business. This shows these people are not in it for the money, but for accommodating the cyclists. Kevin, I just wanted to thank you again for your kindness. Hope to bike the Pinellas trail with you someday!!!
Got a flat tire on my bike at 5:30 and they closed at 6. I called them and they said to bring it in. They happily fixed it and were done by 5:45. Kevin and Carlos were amazing! Thank you for your wonderful service.
Jeff the guy behind counter was more than helpful and pointed out things I didn't even notice that I needed to correct. Was extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to help me find a bike . I'm so very glad I just happens to stop in there. Best experience yet
Carlos spoke very knowledgeable about my bike and was also very friendly, so I thought this store would be my new bike shop.

That’s when I called Ride N Roll. They are a Garneau distributor. Kevin answered the phone in a pleasant and professional manner. I explained my situation and he listened. And then he did something no other bike shop personnel would even think of doing. He took it upon himself to do me the awesome favor of mailing the bag. It may not sound like a big deal but these guys are not in the mail order business. Kevin had to find a box, pack it, and bring it to the post office. This was a big deal to me because I have two panniers, the front handlebar bag, and soon, thanks to Kevin, I will receive the rear trunk bag.
