Update 10/02/2017: The business has made some changes that change my 5 stars to 2 Stars. The first change is the tipping system. We used to tip the people working on your car. Now tips have to be left in an acrylic box to be split by everyone. The quality of the job done on a Platinum membership has decreased significantly since the tip change. I now have to go over my car when I get home. I have to remove spots from my windows and remove the tire shine from my side panels and wheels. I actually had a glob of white chemicals sitting on my dash when I got in the car. Had to ask someone to remove it. The wash also used to be a pretty quick trip. Now you can sit for an hour waiting for your car. They cut down the amount of areas that finished the cars when out of the wash. Service has just dropped and for the price it would be best to look else where. A new wash is opening down the street. I will be cancelling and moving on. Too bad, it was a great wash.
Why are the employees smoking when you pull in? Also I should have more than one drying my car while others stand around.
Not as good as it was. Terrible tire shine equipment. Had to have them apply tire shine again, by hand, not machine to make it right.
I noticed a new car wash opening soon... I'll try them.
This is by far the best car wash in the St Pete Tampa Bay area. They are fully staffed and you can usually be in and out within 20 minutes. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is the inconsistency of the drying and cleaning of the interior. Some guys do a great job and some do the bare minimum. Paying $50+ a month for membership, I expect it to be done right every time. I highly recommend if you want to make your car shine!

I previously gave this a 5 star review. They did a fantastic job, and the price for the unlimited wash package was very reasonable. That brings us to now. I just received an email that the price of the service I use will be going up. If that wasn't bad enough, they also changed the way they run their business. Previously, they would apply the tire shine by hand while also doing a fairly thorough job of drying off the car. Now, the machine puts the tire shine on. I understand the convenience for THEM, but the machine is a "one size fits all" sort of machine. The tires get shined, but it also smears it all over my wheels and rocker panels of the car!!! This is unacceptable. I then have to go home and clean it off. Besides that, they rush you through the drying process at the end of the wash and leave spots all over the place. Its a shame. They had a great thing going at this place. I've heard these same complaints from MANY other people as well. Oh well, I'll be moving on to the next car wash. There's a new one opening up in my area.
8/26/17 Update... Due to the new setup I will not be renewing our 2 car membership of over 10 years! The drying off at the end is just lousy at best. Good bye!
Interior cleaning...... Fair, at best. It too was better. 3 stars only
I have been going to this car wash for 20 years. They have always had good quality service. I even liked when they added the express lane where you drive through the car wash yourself, that was very convenient. Well they must have changed management or owners recently because the last few months the product and customer service has been horrible. They now have this automated machine that puts tire shine on the tires rather than a person and it does an absolutely horrible job. I had more shine on my rims than on the actual tires. Not to mention there aren't teams of people out front drying your car, applying tire shine and offering fragrances for the inside of the car like they used too. All personal interaction has been removed and it's a shame. I asked if it was possible to have the tire shine applied by hand rather than the crappy machine and they told me it was no longer offered. Whoever made these changes should be fired immediately!!!! They have lost a 20 year loyal customer and I'm sure many many more.
