As to the finger prints you requested, it is our company policy to dispose of ALL personal items when the case is closed. This includes all prints, photos or other personal items, not requested for return by the family. In this age of privacy and identity thief, we take every step possible to safe-guard the information our families entrust us with. I can assure you I also contacted Legacy Touch after your phone call and requested the finger prints. They were sent to me and I forwarded them to your email as soon as I received them.
Please accept my sincere apology for any problems or difficulties I caused you. I have been in contact with the cemetery who requests us to move families along after a graveside service. They assured me that usually another service is scheduled shortly after most services, as there is only one shelter for services to take place. I have requested them to inform us, in the future, if the family is invited to stay longer. But I do apologize if this was a problem for you are your family.

Small private service held at grave site instead of funeral home, which was fine however we were given that urgency to leave because "others were coming in after us". After an hour or more a couple of us that lingered noticed no one came in after us. Also, trying to get my mothers fingerprints for jewelry and a tattoo, Rick told me he couldn't retrieve them after they were sent to Legacy Touch...etc. etc. a day later Legacy Touch (after speaking to them) I received an email from Legacy touch with my mothers fingerprints. I just feel that he couldn't be bothered with me...I'm breathing. Thank you Legacy Touch for helping me get the prints.
