The store is always clean and bright. The staff is very accomadating to take a larger produce or meat item and break into a smaller portion for you. That is great customer service you can't get anywhere else!
Always fantastic customer service. Meat and sea food are fresh and high quality. Make sure you check their flyers for great coupons you can use along with manufacture coupons.
The employee's here are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Easy to find a parking space. And you can not beat the BOGO's when you add coupons to the already great prices.
Sorry. I am not able to give less than 1 star. I guess this is not an option here. This experience today was worth no stars actually. I went in to get a sandwich. There were 3 people in front of me with only one person behind the counter making sandwiches. She did an excellent job with creating the sandwich, in a kind of detail oriented way. That sandwich came out perfect but it took her forever to get it done. Good speed in 1978 measures. In 2017, no one has time for this. When she finally got the sub done ,it turned out that the same customer wanted another sandwich which she already ordered but the lady behind the counter apparently decided to work on one sub at a time instead of figuring out the common features and get them done simultaneously since they were both for the same customer anyway. All this was off hours, between lunch hours and dinner, at 4:30 pm. No other employees gave her a hand. The line started to grow. I was wondering where the manager was. It reflects poorly on the management that this elderly lady was let drown in her own slow speed. She did her best. This was her best. I can only imagine how long it takes to get a sandwich done at lunchtime. After another 5 min she was not even close to finish and there were still another 2 people in front of me so I just turned around and left. I will drive to another publix or rather not eat next time. I will only go to your location if I have a good 45 min to waste with waiting in line for a sandwich done in slow motion.
Wouldn't shop anywhere else! Stephen, Lex, Kayleigh (my spelling may be off), and the whole staff are always Awesome! I love publix, but this location especially!!
